1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or contracting GCubit for software development, enterprise architecture, or AI integration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full and final payment for completed project milestones, clients retain 100% full ownership of all custom source code, architecture designs, databases, and deliverables created specifically for their engagement.

3. Project Scopes and Deliverables

All technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables (such as ASP.NET Core backends, RAG pipelines, or ERP systems) are outlined and agreed upon during the initial discovery and statement of work (SOW) phase.

4. Limitation of Liability

GCubit shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party API outages, improper server configurations, or unauthorized data breaches outside our direct operational control.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
